Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday-Friday until 4:00pm. Orders placed after 4:00pm (pst) will be processed the next day.

We may ship in multiple packages for faster delivery. Your order will be shipped USPS First Class unless noted otherwise via your tracking number. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Welvin & Grichards LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, COVID etc.

Once your order has generated a shipping label, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. Note: We do not generate labels until the item(s) are shipping. You can track your shipment using that number online or by calling the shipping carrier. Welvin & Grichards LLC CANNOT be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

If your order is returned to sender for non delivery, we will refund the cost of the items minus the shipping fees. ie, be sure the shipping address is good and you are able to receive packages at that location. 

Free shipping discounts are only offered for domestic orders and exclude oversized items which will be calculated during checkout. 

Shipments refused on delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
